VR Property Tours
Virtual Reality ( VR) tours are where the viewer determines what to look at by either moving the mouse or if a headset is worn, simply by moving their head.
There are different levels of VR
360 degrees spin around from a single spot in a room. A bit like viewing from inside a sphere.
Hotspots- introducing several points to view from, each time seeing a 360 spin around the virtual space.
Real-time rendering; this is where similar to the gaming experience, where the viewer can explore all the space and as they do the scene or space is rendered in real time. So almost unlited exploration of a building.
Chasing the right visual experience depends on the audience and the auditorium. So, for example, a presentation to the corporate body in a boardroom may need a simple and conservative VR experience. Whereas in a trade fair, putting headsets on might be more fun.
