Our passion for the moving image

For thirty years, H4 has produced architectural visualisation for developers, planners and architects who need to show what a scheme will become. We are a small practice with an unusual background: our founder is a Chartered Surveyor and environmental engineer, which means verified views are produced and signed by a qualified professional, and technically complex schemes are read from first principles rather than approximated.

Static CGI is now a commodity. What moves committees, investors and buyers is the moving image — and until recently, that meant a production budget most schemes couldn't justify. AI has closed that gap. A single quality render can now become a short cinematic clip: light shifting, clouds moving, a scheme that performs rather than sits. The storytelling tools that once required a car-launch budget are now available to a one-off residential or commercial development.

We work from a railway carriage from the set of Murder on the Orient Express. Make of that what you will.

Our Process

How We Work

  • Discussing the project requirements and understanding the client's goals.

  • Our experienced team will create a virtual 3D model of the project. This will include all details such as textures, lighting, and shadows.

  • Present the initial draft to the client for feedback. This is an opportunity for the client to provide feedback and suggest any changes or improvements.

  • Based on the client's feedback, we will refine the 3D model and create the final visualisation.

  • Deliver the final visualisation to the client in the required format, ready to be used in planning, marketing materials or presentations.

  • We are committed to providing ongoing support to our through updating assets and digital marketing distribution.

By swiftly and efficiently interpreting design information, we carve out time in our delivery schedule to refine and infuse creative input, ensuring the highest quality property CGI visualisations.
